Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be billed a $75 convenience fee.

Insurances Accepted

I accept insurance or cash pay, making it easy to access the care you need when you need it. I will bill through Headway for insurance and can provide a superbill if required for my out-of-network clients. Not accepting Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare at this time.
